First of all this is the first fat loss product I have ever taken. I am 28 been working out for 3 years strong. I'm 5'8 and was recently 185 lbs. I work out 5 days a week for an hour, I also play basketball 1 or two nights a week. I didn't like the way my face looked in pics. I looked bloated. Not sure if it was water weight. I do not take creatine because I get very bloated on it. Anyways back to my review, I literally lost 10 pounds on this in 7 days! You know why? When I took this product I was NEVER hungry. I would literally have to force myself to eat. When I did eat I made sure it was healthy. I would take 4/5 pills a day and literally go the entire day not wanting food. This product rocks.
